"Argelette" est une roche rouge (ferrugineuse) schisteuse assez tendre, formée à l'ère primaire et vieille de 3 milliards d'années. "Granit" apparu à l'ère tertiaire, dur de part sa jeunesse, la fusion des deux éléments compose la complexité du sol et du sous sol limono-argileux.

Bottle at Maakun’s. Clear golden with white head. Sweet apples, crisp and clear, cool apples, also some pear, cold cellared apples. Very crisp balance of sweet bitter and sour. Medium body and soft carbonation. I like it a lot. --- Beer merged from original tick of Sydre Argelette (2017) on 15 May 2020 at 22:54 - Score: 8. Original review text: Vintage 2017. Bottle shared at home, forgot where I got this from... Clear golden with small white bubbles. Crisp apple, light floral, berries, raspberries, light earthy, mineral. Crisp and dry but also has quite some red fruits, damn, I even get strawberries! Soft pear, lemon peel and soft herbs. Light sweet, bit over light tart and bitter. Very crisp medium body with soft sparkly carbonation and over medium dry finish. Very nice.
