Nice. Smoky, meaty. Bit of hoppy sharpness there. Caramel maltiness too.

Tap at Nawlins. Nice light smoke nose, salmon, some caramel. Smoky flavor, pork/bacon, katsuo bushi. Smooth and a bit light with a bitter finish. Nice drinking and mild.

med amber color. Pungent smoked nose with sweet malty backbone. Cherrywood I would say. Nice smokiness.
