Im Programm ab Dezember 2017: Unser Heller Honigbock mit Sommerblütenhonig aus dem münsterschen Stadtgebiet von den Imkern Hans-Ludwig Dickert, Mike Gerdes, Andreas Müskens und Ralf Waanders.

Goldig, blumig, vollmundig

Zutaten: Wasser, Gerstenmalz, Weizen, Honig, Hefe, Hopfen.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for sharing. Smooth malty beginning. Round and smooth, fresh, grainy with a smooth honey dry aftertaste. Round and smooth.

33cl bottle shared with Erzengel. A almost clear golden beer with a small most good lasting white head. Aroma of sweet mild grainy malt, some honey. Taste of mild sweet pale malt, honey, yellow fruits, okay!

Bottle: Golden, hazy to cloudy, some floaties visible, small but stable white foamy layer; mild to moderate lemony to piney-hoppy nose, honeyish malt underneath and some orangey-yeasty traces; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, nearly full bodied, neither soft nor fizzy; lemony hops and honeyish malt in the well balanced bitter-sweet finish. Good...

Hopfig süßlicher Beginn, wenig grasig, die Honignoten sind etwas trocke und dadurch angenehm. Würzig, sehr süffig, später einen Ticken herb werdend. Steigend hopfig, feine Karbonisierung. Gut! 9/12/11/11/9/11

0.33 l bottle from 'Biermuda', best before January 2020. Clear, golden amber with a thin, frothy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, moderately fruity and slightly herbal-grassy aroma of lemon, pineapple and a touch of honey. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, quite fruity and a bit herbal-grassy taste of lemon, pineapple, elderflower and some honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly herbal-grassy finish and quite dry finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. The name 'Bock' is quite misleading, its Belgian origin cannot be denied, but it's a nice thirst-quencher, way hoppier than expected.
