Die sorgfältige Auswahl feinster Weizen- und Gerstenmalze verleiht Maisel’s Weisse ihre rötlich leuchtende Bernsteinfarbe und das über Generationen von Braumeistern überlieferte Brauverfahren der Bayerischen Edelreifung mit Hefe aus eigener Reinzucht gibt ihr den einzigartigen Charakter. Der frische Geruch nach feiner Hefe und angenehmen Fruchtnoten verbindet sich beim Antrunk mit der milden Würze aus Malz-, Frucht- und Nelkenaroma und einer Nuance Muskatnuss. Im Nachgang entfaltet sich dann das für Maisel’s Weisse typische, leicht fruchtige, würzige Weissbieraroma.

Отличная немецкая пшеничка. Имеет очень многогранный вкус. Аромат фруктов,сухофруктов. В том числе и вкус банана. Пиво очень питкое. Всем любителям данного сорта пробовать обязательно.

500ml bottle, pours hazy amber with a good size white head. Aromas & tastes of banana, citrus, clove, grass & hops. Medium body. Light bitter finish 13-08/2021 Pint from the keg at Biere Atelier, St Helier, Jersey. As above tasting notes. Enjoyable on a very hot day

(Bottle) Pours slightly hazy amber with small white head. Great aroma with banana, cake dough, spices. Nice mouthfeel with a light body and plenty of bright carbonation. Good taste. Refreshing fruity citrus start is joined by light caramel malt, banana, spices. Refreshing and enjoyable.

Bottle 0m5ltr: Hazy yellow coloured brew with an mellow bitter taste and some hints of banana. Classic variation of the Hefeweizen style.

Amber, cloudy pour with a decent, stable white head; aromas of bread/malt, yeast, banana - a hint of cloves; taste adds peches and pears (?). Decent finish. Well done.

Lichtbruin troebel bier met mooi stevig schuim. Smaak is heel licht bitter en tevens heel licht zuur en fruitig met iets van limoen, kruidnagel en uiteindelijk komt nog wat banaan naar boven.

Smallish 11 oz bottle; hey, where's my other ounce? Huh? I'm surprised I never did this one before. Looks like an on style hefe, especially if you swirl the bottle. Nose is mild hefe, smells pretty fresh. First palate is a decent level of good carbonation, I like that, it's almost cutting. No ill ale effect on the taste buds, just a clean fresh well done hefe that is really a hefe. Big thanks Ms. Maisel! Bottle was gone before I knew, good example of a gentlemanly hefe. One of the better ones I've had lately. Kleinere 11-Unzen-Flasche; Hey, wo ist mein Rest? Hä? Ich bin überrascht, dass ich das noch nie zuvor gemacht habe. Sieht aus wie ein trendiger Hefeteig, besonders wenn man die Flasche schwenkt. In der Nase ist es mild und riecht ziemlich frisch. Der erste Gaumen zeigt ein ordentliches Maß an guter Kohlensäure, das gefällt mir, es ist fast schneidend. Kein schlechter Ale-Effekt auf die Geschmacksknospen, nur ein sauberes, frisches, gut gemachtes Hee, das wirklich ein Hefe ist. Vielen Dank Frau Maisel! Die Flasche war weg, bevor ich es merkte, ein gutes Beispiel für einen Gentleman-Hefe. Eines der besseren, die ich in letzter Zeit hatte.
