Der frische Geruch nach feiner Hefe und angenehmen Fruchtnoten verbindet sich beim Antrunk mit der milden Würze aus Malz-, Frucht- und Nelkenaroma und einer Nuance Muskatnuss. Im Nachgang entfaltet sich dann das für Maisel’s Weisse typische, leicht fruchtige, würzige Weissbieraroma.

500 ml. bottle @ Bierspeciaalcafe De Paas. Post-Borefts 2015. Day 2. BBF 04.2016. Very hazy orange, solid creamy white head. Nose is sweet banana, sugar, cloves, faintly metallic but mainly sweet & lightly creamy. Taste is lightly sweet banana, bread, light yeast, sweet, sugar, faint metal & esters. Creamy, drunk, really well. Nice beer, very solid Hefe.

Tap@Fermentoren, Copenhagen - orange golden pour with white head. Sweet malty and wheaty aroma and taste, citrus lemony fruity notes, some yeast and some grassy hop nuance, notes of banana, into a sweet finish.

Bottle,medium bubbly slightly dense pearl white head, cloudy quite deep orange color, aroma of banana and spice, flavor of bubblegum, banana, some fruitiness and a light almonds bitterness. Pleasant classic weizen.

Bottle pour at the resort. Pours a cloudy orange color with a quick fading head. Huge ripe banana aroma. Flavor matches, with a soft wheat and citrus finish. Overall a solid beer. Tasty.

500ml bottle into weizen glass. Sweet/sour wheat nose, banana notes are present. Cloudy golden beer with towering solid white head. Creamy mouthfeel, fruity taste. Finish is tangy banana and cloves. A hint of pepper, even a wisp of hop bitterness. Delicious!

pours murky amber colour with a big white head and some lacing. aroma banana, bread, fruits, honey, cinnamon. sweetish, but refreshing. minimal bitterness towards the finish.

Smell of banana, mead, yeast. Muddy amber colour, very high white head. Aroma of mead, banana, yeast, bread. Very sweet, very flat carbon. Viscous texture.

Color té. Turbia. Abundante espuma típica, que progresivamente desaparece totalmente. Aroma tipico, clavo y platano. Carbonatacion media y cuerpo flojo-moderado. Tono general dulce, para en seguida evolucionar a un final bastante especiado, picante con el carbónico. Ejemplar medio del estilo.
