Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a hazy yellow-gold color with an enormous fomay white head that left excellent lacing. The aorma was drysih, a bit chalky, perfumey hops and a bit of citrus. The flavor was dry, bitter, perfumey, chalky, musty and had a touch of black pepper. Medium length finish. Medium body. Meh.

375ml bottle [a fugitive from the unknown realm of Bartlebierean beer dungeons, thank you very much!]. Clear (with later pouring cloudy) golden colour with huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity hoppy and fruity yeasty aroma, green apple, lemon, pear and hints of green fruit parings stick out of a peach basis, spicy yeasty notes come along, hints of peppercress, pollen, a floral as well as a funky touch - all flavours appear in a mild condition and perfectly integrated. Taste is fresh and refreshing, slightly dry, slightly tart, slightly sweet, slightly spicy, the above mentioned flavours appear again with interchanging emphases in vibrating course until the finish takes a distinct peppery and slightly grassy, bitter hoppy direction. Super soft palate, soft but effectual carbonation. I would have a second one not only under torture.

Clear warm golden colour, moussy white head. Hoppy aroma, straw, resin, light sweat, some citrus. Bitter flavour, hops, Dupont yeast. Quite fizzy. Bitter finish, hops, yeast. Lovely summer beer!

375ml Bottle - Hazy golden with a foamy head. Perfumed and floral aroma with lemon, orange peel, hay and spice in the aroma. Nicely balanced taste with notes of lemon zest, coriander, pepper and a hint of peach all combining nicely. Very refreshing and enjoyable.

750 ml bottle poured into a Spiegelau tulip. 2014 edition dry-hopped with Challenger. Slightly hazy golden yellow with quite a bit of off-white head. Aromas of citrus fruit and peel, herbs, floral notes, light funk, a bit of black pepper. Tastes of floral notes, citrus, herbs, light spices, balanced barnyard funk. Medium body with a very dry finish. Like this more than the original version.

37,5cl bottle shared by Arve_Christian - thanks a lot! Yeasty and fruity with notes of citrus, spices and hints of herbs and barnyard. Moderate sweet with nice season flavours, some acidity and a fairly light bitterness. Tasty and refreshing saison, but not very hoppy. --- Beer merged from original tick of Saison Dupont Cuvée Dry Hopping (2014) on 13 May 2015 at 18:23 - Score: 7
