Can. Rich amber beer with a dark cream head. Citrus and light fruity aroma. Fruity and floral flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Fruitiness and floral notes linger.

Tap @ CBM Otemachi. Clear dark gold, some foam but not much. Soft and sweet fruitiness, mild nose, aloe vera. Tastes soft and oily, light bitterness but overall smooth and rather malty feel to it. This cactus is pretty tame, just some vegetable bitterness hints about it.

The Aromas are old school, somewhat expired hops with dry grain and pale malt. The flavors are where the prickly pear shows up, a bit tart, slightly soft body good carbonation but not really worth going out of your way for. Unless you're just a nut for prickly pear beer.
