Pours reddish orange, for a second it has some foam but next second its all gone. Nose has some spices, tart fruitiness, feels relatively herbal and dry. Tastes fruity and has sweeter notes, tart and light Indian spice character. Maybe that's lassi character? Drinks easy, fruit and lightly salty kettle sour. Well made and tasty, not too awesome but I do enjoy this.

Tart, with nice fruity sourness from mango and blood oranges balancing things out, good lacto character. Medium full body, with tart fruity finish. Straight forward but well made kettle sour

Can into a taster showing pale amber with sparse white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of saffron and cardamom with notes of mango and blood orange around the edges. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Moderately tart and saffron/cardamom forward with very light citric notes of blood orange around the ends. Mid-palate switches to corn-like malts and more malt on the end. Not enough to cover that up it seems.

01/14/19, much lassi, and mango, and blood orange. Gorgeous mix of flavors. Anyone who rated this less doesn't know what lassi is (or doesn't like yogurt, which is fair). The yogurt is real. The mango is real. The blood orange is real.
