Tap @ Beer Boy, Nakameguro. Pours pink and hazy and white. Kind of looks like unfiltered pink grapefruit juice, just pressed and still hazy with pulp. Vanilla on the nose, some lacto and wheaty tartness also. Bit stuffy. Taste has more vanilla, berries and lots of tartness. Bitterness is medium level but not very balanced, so mouthfeel is not as great as it could be. Still a good sample of a style, especially for a a beer from Japan.
