Can from Beec Cats 2019 fukubukuro. Pours creamy yellow-straw with a good fluffy white head. Nose has some herbal touch to it, biscuity and hinting some mild bitterness. Taste reveals more grainy biscuit character, good medium bitterness, slightly herbal. Finish has a bit of bitterness, long and lingering. Simple quaffable pilsner, not especially awesome but does the trick.

I had this after work on Saturday evening. Rip Current Choppy Surf Czech-style Pilsner 5.3% I drank it out of a Pilsner glass where it poured with a big soapy white head on top of a very pale straw gold. The aroma is bready with herbal hops. Medium bodied with a sandpaper like prickly carbonation and a dry finish. I prefer something softer. The beer is quite bitter but nice, a definite six-pack type brew.

Draught @ Rip Current Brewery-North Park. Pours light golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, grain, light corn, light fruity hops. Flavor is light bitter, malt, grainy, lightly old hops, grass, little fruit. Medium body, average to lively carbonation. 250718

Aromas are grains yeast and a little bit of Hop. Nice appearance clear golden with off-white head. Flavor is fairly dry and bitter with a hint of metallic. Good body were there some of the metallic carrying over into the Finish.

Pour us a clear golden with a large white head that fades quickly. Aroma is a decent bready lager malt with some spicy hops. Flavor is pretty good. A nice richer bready malt is there more than I thought it would be and then some decent herbal spicy hops. Probably a bit more heavy in the mouthfeel then beers made in the Czech Rep but this has a nice clean bready malt and the hops show up as well.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is grass and corn. Medium body, grass, corn malt, light finish, decent.
