WeWork tasting (20.01.2019). Nice creamy yellow pour, some bubbles on top, sparse. Soft fruity and lightly tart nose, overripe apricots. Light honey sweetness. Taste has interesting creamy grassiness, acidic but fruity. Soft and elegant fruity acidity, creamy and tart. Modest and not loud complexity - which is awesome. Wild and simple - but still awesome.

Bottle thank to Chow. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong brett, oak, lemon zest. Thin body, tart lemon, oak, light funk, brett, very nice.

medium golden color. Flat. Light fritzy nose, horse blanket, hay, farmhouse and citrusy nose. Really nice nose. Excellent horseblanket, honey, hay, dried apricot, honeydew with good balance of sweet and tartness. So well done. Nice honey, dried apricot and horseblanket finish. Excellent
