Draught@Sori Taproom, Helsinki. Black colour with a small brown head. Aroma is roasted malts some black currant along with mild alcohol as well as some burnt sugary sweetness. Flavour has some slight peachiness along with roasted, chocolaty and alcohol tones. Nice chocolaty and fruity aftertaste with also alcohol pushing in.

0,33l bottle from brewery shop, Otaniemi, Espoo. Very dark brown beer with brown medium head. Aroma has sweet roasted malts, chocolate, hazelnut and coffee. Taste is more direct with roasted malts, chocolate and coffee, but also some metallic taste. Bottle, appearance and aroma were good but taste wasn't so good.

Tap @ Sori taproom, Helsinki. Pours dark dark brown, some foam but not much of it. Brown. Nose is roasted, chocolate and hazelnut character there as well. Thick and has high viscosity. Tastes a bit sourish, burnt roast with chocolate and some actually quite harsh bitterness there as well. Not bad although feels out of balance and a bit too tart for this style to work for me.

Keg @ Pien bar @ Shop. Poured black, thin brown head. Roasty sweet, some currant berry notes in aroma. Blackcurrant, cocoa and licorice. Sweet, but ok drinkability.

(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20190115) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, sweetness and Sacher cake. Palate was full bodied and oily with rather high carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, dark chocolate, the Sacher cake dough, sweetness, coffee and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt, sweet and bitter. A bit messy brew but still surprisingly nice.

Draught @ Pien, Helsinki. Sweet, roasty and slightly syrupy with some ripe apricot jam, chocolate, coffee, cocoa and sticky pastry notes. Sweetish dessert stout.
