Dry chokeberry-apple cider. A drink that carries within the wondrous essence of rosè. The chokeberry adds a good amount of tannins to make the cider suitable for a freshness seeker in the summer and also a hefty mouthful for those cold winter nights.

330ml bottle, deTolly õllebaar, Tartu. Reddish orange pour there, not much foam. Funky apple juice nose, some wild yeasts there, somewhat farmhouse there, also light buttery manure yeast character. Tastes lightly funky again, juice and some apple peel bitterness. Not bad, does not wow me but not bad at all.
