16 oz can. Pours a hazy straw color (maybe a little darker) with a thin head. Aromas are a pleasant mix of lemon, a bit of sweet honey, maybe some peach or pear. Flavor is a big juicy hit that yields to a bit of resin late in the finish. This is clean, crisp, and really lovely. Wow. Didn't see this one being this good... just picked up a can to try. Shoulda picked up a case!

Month old pint can A: Extremely hazy milky yellow orange with a short, thick fast falling head, leaving a bubbly ring. S: Initially pine and lime then peaches and sweet tropical fruit. T: Fairly tart and lightly bitter. Sharp citrusy hop bite with peach and pine joining then fading into thin toast or crackers. Tart finish. M: Fine carbonation and thin oaty feel. Astringency but no real burn. O: Weak aroma and hardly pretty but very good flavors. Good beer.

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a glowing hazy straw gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates quickly. Pineapple, grapefruit and grassy hop aromas. More of the same on the palate. Quite a bit green and grassy, but not too bad. Dry finish with green hops and grass and maybe some white grape notes.

Can, thanks Gregg! Super hazy pour, whitish yellow peach juice. With a little foam on top. Juicy nose, light tropical fruits, light hop tingle. Velvety and soft. Taste is like a hop smoothie, lupulin tingle, smooth and goes down just way too easy. Super juicy, not too sweet and not too oaty, still flavourful and has all NEIPA characteristics - which is unusual for a pale ale. Awesome beer.

Very dank, very juicy, very nice nose of orange and white gummies with a touch of gummy bears. Light body, low bitterness, very juicy but rye pops out a touch. Lots of grapefruit and orange juice. So drinkable. Dry finish. Excellent

Can. Cloudy bright apricot-orange body, thick loose off-white head. Nose grassy and wheaty with orange/tangerine and light stone fruits. Body grassy/citrusy/fruity and tangy with notes of bubblegum, biscuit, and hay. Complex but discerning individual components isn't easy, and overall less flavorful than the stronger offerings in the New Orthodox series. Still, a pleasant, tasty sipper.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 5/26/2018. Pours opaquely hazy golden orange/amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and rocky white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, rye bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and wheat/rye/bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, rye bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness Very mild pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, rye bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and wheat/rye/bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness and spicy rye balance; with zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Zero warming alcohol for 5.5%. Overall this is a fantastic NE APA! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and wheat/rye/bready malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with the mildly bitter/drying finish. Outstanding soft mouthfeel for the style. Very juicy, fruity, and fairly dank/earthy hop complexity; with a perfectly balanced wheat/bready malt backbone, and not overly sweet. Great use of Chinook, Crystal, and Simcoe hops for the style; so this is more dank/earthy than their other offerings, but still has plenty of juiciness. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected.

Draft at the brewery with a meal. Murky, juicy New England style like the brewery's popular M-43. Booming citrus palate at first, hoppy, then bitter finish.
