500ml can @ home. Clear yellow / golden color, small quickly diminishing head. Smell malts and bitter. Taste malts and bitter as well but also a little metallic and earthy. Low carbonation, low body.

Can from Lidl.
Appearance...Typical lager - golden with white frothy head.
Aroma of straw, cereal grain, bit of hay, some sweet malt but not much in the aroma
Taste of straw, cardboard, cereal grains, light bitter hay hops, sweet malt. Not great.
Palate - Bitter hop finish, some sourness, metal.
81p from Lidl. Drinkable, let down with the rough, rather sour metallic aftertaste.

Bottle. Pale gold with a full head. Aroma of bread. Flavour is cloying, bready malt and bitterness all rolled into one. Finish is very dry and almost sour bitter.

Can from Lidl. Pours clear, very light yellow-gold with a fading, white head. Grain and mild metal in the nose, some mild flowers. Flavor isn’t too bad, lightly sweet with some sugar, dried cereal, faint, floral hops. Light to medium in body with a dense, creamy carbonation I don’t often encounter. Crisp and mostly clean to finish with some pleasant, earthen bitters, coupled with lightly sugary grain and cracker malts. Not altogether bad but a bit bland. The density of the beer, the creaminess seems to mask something. Hmm. Anyway, definitely drinkable.

500ml can from Lidl at 4.8% ABV. Pale gold clear, thin white head. Some baked bean and lemon on the aroma. A pretty uninspiring pils with some newspaper flavour on the swallow. No real hop. No real malt flavour, just a touch of sweetish pale malt. This is really quite poor. Some faint lemon throughout. But that newspaper dryness is poor.
