Tap @ Yona Yona Beer Works, Ebisu Higashiguchi. Light straw colour, relatively clear. Looking even somewhat watery. A bit of white foam on top. Nose is perfumy, soap and shampoo coming off at first, then some malty sweetness and tropical fruits. Relatively intense taste with more of that shampoo but not in a bad way. Spicy yeast character blends with hop profile and ends up as an interesting experimental beer. Not disliking this overall feel but well, needs a bit more work. Still not bad.
