Nice red pour, pinkish and with a few bubbles on top. Nose is nice fruity funky. Cherry marmalade, cherry seeds and sour funky farmhouse. Taste is good, dry sour funk with lots of marmalade. Tart and satisfying, some bitterish edge there as well. Just so good and fricking tart.

No head dirty amber color. Nice sour tart nose with cherries and oak. Flat with no carbonation. Cherries, oak and with blood oranges. Cherries aren’t as bright as expected. Not bad

750 bottle pours a hazy reddish amber. No head or lacing. Tart vinigar aroma. Some tart cherry notes and flavors, mostly moderate sour woody smooth light brown flavors. Not overly sour and easy on the cherries.

750ml bottle at Matt’s. Pours a hazy amber with a weak tan head, reminds kvas. Aroma is cherries, barrel, some sourness and sweetness. Taste is similar, with moderate sourness and low sweetness. Refreshing and quite pleasant.

750mL bottle, pours an opaque dark reddish brown with a tiny few bubbles of head. Aroma brings out balsamic vinegar, a little nail polish, and fairly tart cherries. Flavour is very vinegary, with loads of balsamic, subdued cherries and considerable acidity. Tart, acetic and acidic, with little complexity or depth. Not bad, but pretty disappointing.

Cloudy, No head. Amber. Sort of barrelly and slightly wild up front, with a light cherry note...quite earthy. Fairly tart, acetic but with a decent sweetness to it as well, and an enjoyable plummy balsamic note that probably just is how the cherries are coming over. Good balance in that fruitiness. Lively.
