33cl Bottle from De Bierkoning. Black colour, brown head. Great aroma of espresso, moccha, alcohol, bitter chocolate, tar, light peat, hard roasted malts. Flavour is lots of hard roasted malt flavours, espresso, bitter chocolate, moccha, coffee, tar, alcohol, some dark fruits, bitter roasted finish with some earth and chili (!). Medium to fullbodied, soft carbonation. Really good, worth every penny.

Quite resistent, rusty-tan head over black, viscously pouring beer. Some coffee, and lots of (bitter, aromatic) chocolate; smoked (peat) and spirit; woodfire aromas. Quite smoked, lightly phenolic, alcoholsweetness, spirit and bitter chocolate, coffeedrops and tobacco. Very complex, yet just a tad unidimensional. Finish is very dry. Viscous, full bodied, slick and alcoholheat, internal fireworks. Velvety slickness pointing directly at oats. Excellent, as usual, d*mned wax, also as usual. Strangely peated for a Speyside.
