Pours darker gold, some fluffy foam, big bubbles. Nose is malty, lots of corn and artificial perfume. Wet cardboard as well. Sturdy body, feels especially so because of 5% abv, malty and heavy. Rough bitterness. Boozy, I don’t really know what they have added here but they overdid it in a way, expected it to be a bit better because usual Mugi to Hoppu series are kind of drinkable for being cheap happoshu’s.
