Аромат очень пряный. Слишком много корицы, весьма сладкий, ощущается ваниль. Цвет темный очень, с красивой тонкой пенкой. Во вкусе сразу ощущается много алкоголя, который портит впечатление. Снова есть много пряных ноток корицы, хотя само послевкусие весьма пустое. Легкие шоколадные нотки и хмелевая горчинка.

Appearance: opaque deep brown to black with a large creamy tan head of good retention. Aroma: dark malts, treacle, liquorice, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg. Taste: medium sweet, spicy, light ending bitterness. Dark malts, treacle, liquorice, various spices. Mouth feel: medium body, soft to average carbonation. Overall: pretty decent.

Pours dark brown, squint beige head. Nice nose of ginger, cookies, spices. Taste has more of the same, winter, spices, gingerbread and cookies. Cinnamon. Well balanced, not too high abv and pretty good for what it is. Works great even on a hot summer day.

BOTTLE 50 CL. Almost black, seems clear, beige head. Smells like sweet cooking chocolate, light winey tannins, mulled wine spices - cinnamon, nutmeg. The taste is chocolate syrup, sweetened wine, only moderately sweet, with a smooth velvety mouthfeel. Spicy finish, with the dusty nutmeg leading the way. Pretty good for a spiced beer.
