Pours light yellow, pretty pale with a frothy foam top. Almost no aroma, just a bit of biscuits, slight dusty lager acidity, that’s it. Taste has more sourness, clean and refreshing. If you think about a beer you’d like to drink in Japanese summer, just gulping form the mug, ice cold, this beer would do the trick perfectly, better than usual big beers. Slight sour and fruitiness, abrupt sharp finish. I guess it’s pretty good at what it was designed to do.

Keg at Ant ’n Bee - Tokyo. Pours clear, pale yellow with a slim, creamy white head. A little lemon zest in the nose, biscuits. Light sweet flavour with notes of lemongrass, hay, dry pale bread. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Decent balance in the finish, more biscuity malts and zesty lemon. Not bad.
