100ml tap at Cafe Sånn. More deep dark red than purple in body appearance. Near clear. Naked at the surface, dotted spots on the glass. Wood and red berries skins on the nose. About similar taste profile of red berries on an oaky backbone. Slightly vinous. Flat, tart and sweet on the swallow. Accepted without further excitements (Tromsø 10.02.2017).

Pours red, bit of white foam. Looks like some diluted juice. Aroma is mainly sour and fruity, no hint of any malts. Tastes actually exactly s it looks, sour, watery and full of clack currant juice. I guess if I had a bottle of black currant juice, I could recreate a similar drink just by adding some extra awarer - and not sugar. Interesting as an experiment, maybe not so great as a beer.

Draft @ ML Fontainas. Pourpre, col fin blanc retombant rapidement. Arôme est mitigé, je retrouve un bouquet fruité rouge qui me fait penser à du cassis - en fait c’est du sureau, qui justifie un peu ce côté organique de baies. Mon point négatif va pour une partie de ce nez que je n’arrive pas à enlever comme rappelant un côté chimique sorte de semelle de basket neuve. Palais est également fruité, baies de cassis - voire framboise, pointe aigrelette avec une petite rondeur grains froment en fin de bouche. Levure arrive en toute fin de bouche. Correcte, mais le résultat me déçoit un peu.
