Bottle, batch 861. Pours hazy golden, with a big rocky head receding to a thin layer. Aroma is tart yeast, with nice notes of wood, floral and tropical hops, as well as a good malt backbone. Medium body, with lively carbonation. Flavour is tart wooden yeast, bready malts and notes of citrusy hops. Finishes of with a lingering tart, fruity yeastiness. A splendid season saison.
