De Razende Swaen wordt al gebrouwen sinds de oprichting van de brouwerij in 1997. En die ruim 20 jaar schaven aan het recept proef je. Deze tripel van bovengisting is donderblond van kleur, heeft een kruidige geur en krachtige moutsmaak. De afdronk is stevig, kruidig en zoet. Aldus de brouwer.

Fruity aroma of light malt, sweet citrus, lemon peel, peach. Flavour is fruity medium sweetness, with a medium bitter finish. A bit on the thin side. Otherwise okay drinkable Triple.

Bottle shared, darker orange beer, small head. Aroma is sweet, malt, caramel, fruit. Taste is the same, sweet, malt, caramel, fruit, alcohol. Not bad

25cl bottle from Beerwulf webshop. F: medium, white, quick gone. C: gold, light hazy. A: malty, orange, herbal, honey, banana, spicy, bit yeasty. T: full malty base, fruity, honey, banana, bit bready, decent bitterness, medium carbonation, for organic version not bad at all, enjoyed.

Light aroma with some hops, caramel and peach. Buttery taste with alcohol, peach and caramel.

Triple peu équilibrée et peu intéressante sur les arômes, cette Razende Swaen n'a guère de qualités à faire valoir. Donc si vous le pouvez, évitez-la. Visuellement, nous sommes sur un blond légèrement voilé et sans aucune mousse. Les nez n’est pas emballant avec du citron avec une petite acidité, des céréales et des fruits jaunes. On retrouve cette petite acidité à l'attaque avec des arômes de coriandre, de citron et de céréales mais sur un ensemble peu structuré. La seconde bouche se densifie avec une présence maltée plus marquée. Les épices y sont également plus marquées. Céréales et fruits jaunes complètent une palette peu intéressante. L’arrière-bouche, confuse, présente de plus un alcool qui dénote, mal intégré (alcool à 8% mais avec un ressenti un peu supérieur). Celui-ci ressort également sur le final qui décliné cependant rapidement. A la fois peu intéressante et peu appréciable.

Fles 30cl thuis. Droge smaak. Wat scherpig. Bitter. Geen hoogvlieger. (3-2011).

Helder lichtgeel bier met schuim. Smaak is licht zoet en bitter hoppig met iets van kardemon. Best goed biertje.
