50cl bottle from Rimi, Tallinn. Pours clear pale golden with a small white head. Very mild grainy aroma with some lightly fruity notes and hints of cooked vegetables. Moderate sweet with a light bitterness. Watery and not much flavour, but drinkable. Would probably work better in the sauna.

500 ml bottle. Pours clear, pale golden with a small bubbly head - that soon reduces into a thin lacing. Looks pretty watery and probably tastes the same. Aroma has some corn, bread and gasoline - just what I have grown to expect from Viru Õlu since their Frederik days. Obviously this beer is not meant to be drunk for its aroma nor taste. First sip - it tastes pretty much like beer flavoured sour water, leaving a small hint of rubber and biscuit. Finish is quite short, this beer can indeed be drunk as fast as you drink water, made for large gulps. After sauna this is fine, otherwise… not.

500ml bottle kindly shared by Gaute. Pours a slightly cloudy, late straw coloured body. Film-type layer. Poor lacing. Sweet grain-fruity nose. Dough-like taste with bland fruity hints towards the ending. Cardboard dry. Mealy palate. Has got little to offer (Tromsø, 24.10.2013).

Thanks SaintMatty!
Golden color, small white head, lace. Nose starts rubbery then fresh grassyness and birchwood. Light maize too. Sweet corn flavor, grassy hoppyness. Odd plastic aftertaste.

Medium white head. Paleish yellow body. Grassy malty aroma. Dryish malty sodaish taste with corn and hop notes. Mid-bodied. Dry peas and grass aftertaste with corn notes. It’s not really bad, but not good, either. (0.5l bottle, unreadable, Tallinn.)
