This mead was made with select honey and maple syrup and aged in a fresh American Oak barrel for a year. A little on the sweeter side, it features aromas and flavors of French Toast, oak barrel, honey and vanilla. Secondary notes include cola, malt and dark dried fruits.

Bottle shared. Near clear golden with no head. Aroma of massive molasses along with oakand floral honey. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with soft carbonation.
