Tap at Bankan. Hazy gold with a nice white head. Malt aromas with some light tropical fruit and grassy notes. Taste is more of the same. Very well-balanced. Tap at Bungalow. Bready, grassy nose, biscuit, wheat, grapefruit, lemon. Hazy, deep gold with lace. Nice biscuity malt flavor, not sweet, bready. Grass, grapefruit, but of mango. Easy drinking and tasty.

Ushi-tora second impact #34 American Extra Pale Ale On tap at Bungalow during Gion Matsuri. 47 IBUs 4.9% A clear light gold, With a thin filmy white head. The nose is a yeasty woodsy (branch like) citrus. Medium bodied with an unmemorable mouthfeel. The taste is a woodsy fruitiness with a semi-dry lightly bitter finish. Alright.
