Ushitora x Schooner Exact #037 Hop Smuggler Session Ale - On tap at Bungalow’s 3rd Anniversary. Typical super-pale Ushitora gold. It’s got a nice hoppy fruit nose on a light body. Not watery but light as 90% of their beers seem to be lately. Decent flavor and a solid session IPA much more satisfying than that Ame Yomi Saison.

very pale color. Light fruity nose with tons of tropical fruit. Good bitterness, easy drinking. Nice stuff

Tap at Dig. Pale gold color, hazy, with a low head. Lemony nose, crackers, fruit. Light and crisp, nice light but persistent carbonation. Good enough.

Tap at Ushi-Tora tap takeover at CBM Koenji. Collaboration beer between Schooner Exact and Ushi-Tora. Lovely deep straw color with a nice fluffy white head. Big citrus aromas with grapefruit, iyokan and some slight resin standing out. Taste is more of the same with a pefect body. ABV is 4.5 but feels closer to whats in a 5.5%. Very refreshing and crisp flavors on the palate. Some grassiness as well. Awesome bitter finish.
