Ushitora Experimental IPA 6.8% On tap at Molto. A deep gold with a thick foamy. The hop bouquet is juicy fruits, light pine and resin - nice. Med-full bodied with a dry finish. The taste is simple with pine and a bitter pomelo character. Alright.

Tap at Dig. Hazy gold color with a fine head. Tropical fruit nose, dank, with lychee and strawberry and crackers. Dry, fruity flavor, tropical fruit, crackers. Soft and persistent carbonation. Good.

Tap at Ushi-Tora tap takeover event at CBM Koenji. Slightly cloudy golden color with a medium-sized white head. Aromas of pine, resin and dankiness with some citrus and grapefruit as well. Taste is fairly similar, but the 7% ABV is noticeable and the beer mouthfeel and finish feel a bit muddled.
