Pine and citrus filled nose from the American hops. Malt sweetness in there as well. Drinkable hop juiciness is the key while remaining balanced with ample caramel presence.

It is said that the return of the HopDevil doesn’t mark the end, but rather the beginning. Each year he comes back to the hop harvest, where he thirsts for one thing – that bold hop flavor with notes of citrus and pine. It’s a menacingly delicious IPA brewed with American hops and meticulously crafted. After all, the devil is in the details.

12 fl oz bottle. Clear deep golden orange amber colour, frothy foam off-white head leaving lots of lacing and aroma of tropical fruits & citrus hops. Taste is malt caramel nicely balanced against floral spicy grapefruit & pine hop resin bitterness. Slight oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, dry lingering bitter finish. Very drinkable IPA.

Dark amber pour. Sweet hoppy aroma. Tastes bitter but a bit thin and not much else going on. Crisp and clean but nothing too exciting.

Tap @ Hoprevolution Vol.2. Pours with a nice white head that stays. Aroma is sweet, somewhat subtle with fruity hops and some.. marmalade. Also fruity lemonade, a bit bitter, orange pear cider. Hmm… Taste is soft and surprisingly smooth, bitterness is well balances with malt roundness. Aftertaste is long and pleasant, sweet-dry. Nice beer where alcohol content is perfectly hidden and that feels nice and refreshing.

On tap @ Rattle N' Hum. Oh, yeah, the nitro bubbles just rushes down the sides of the glass in this one. It looks a bit cloudy in the, not to but it's definitely not crystal clear. It also has that typical nitro creamy top. Looks really good, and it smells even better! Fantastic fresh hoppy and extremely fruity! Lots of tropical fruits like passion fruit, pomegranate, pineapple, citrus, marmalade and lots of those piney hops. Really nice! Oh my the nitro is such a good thing in a good IPA! Gives this creamy delicious full-bodied mouthfeel and just a really good impression of the beer. It also compliments the flavors of the beer that happens to be really fresh hoppy and fruity. Red berries and more tropical goodness. Having a hard time getting over that lovely mouthfeel. Creamy flavors also. So melted together and I would not complain if I had to drink this only for a whole evening. A great IPA! 21.06.2013
