Tap at DC Hama. Clear gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates fairly quickly. Big citrus aromas with white grapefruit and orange standing out. Light body with a slightly watery mouthfeel. Fairly unbalanced and overly bitter brew. Dry, bitter pithiness on the finish. Least favorite of the night. --- Beer merged from original tick of C3PA Pale Ale on 07 Jan 2016 at 20:30 - Score: 6

Boxing Day Brunch at Devil Craft Hamamatsucho! This is their C3PA Pale Ale batch #14 made with Simcoe, Amarillo & Mosaic hops. 6% It pours a matte gold with an off-white head of foam. Great hop bouquet featuring mango, passionfruit, citrus & pine. Medium to full bodied with a fairly dry finish. The taste is quite bitter, citrus rind & pine bark. Very good especially considering they’ve been brewing less than 6 months I believe.
