Bottle. Thanks Will. Aroma is sweet maltiness, Belgian yeasty maybe, bread. Taste is alright, malty, bit of caramel, apples.

Bottle at Izakaya. Cloudy, deep golden orange. Funky nose, citrus, peaches. Nice. Fruity, tart flavor, malty, with good graininess. Ok sweetness. Like this.

olden color. Bread and floral notes. Full body. Modest hops. Slight sweetness. Reminds me of Duvel. Nice golden strong ale.

2015 re-release shared at a tasting. Sweet candy sugar nose with some bread-like malt character. Taste is pretty similar. Medium to medium-heavy body with average carbonation. Sweet finish. Pretty one-dimensional. --- Beer merged from original tick of Batch # 1000 Ale - Zamamiro! Ale on 30 Jan 2016 at 22:34 - Score: 6. Original review text: Ehhhhh

This beer was brewed again on the occasion commemoration of the 15-year anniversary of the Numazu Fishmarket Taproom, released in early 2016. Pours light pale, bit of foam. Aroma has some bread and bit of Belgian dubbed candysugar character. Brewed skilfully in the Belgian strong ale style, although apparently without Belgian yeast. Taste is clean, has some bitterness and sweetness from the malts. Malty and refreshing.
