Alpine’s original West Coast-style single IPA is made with Simcoe and Amarillo hops to strike a harmonious hop balance. Duet pours a hazy straw color and is topped with bright white beer foam. It offers a blast of resinous aromatics with notes of evergreen pine, orange zest, and hints of cedar. Big hoppy flavors mingle with geranial notes, while hints of citrus fruit and an overall lingering piney quality lend a touch of complexity to an otherwise simple and delicious IPA.

A golden-orange beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has mango, pineapple, citrus. Taste has grapefruit, some bitterness and tropical fruitness. Medium bodied. Good beer.

Light gold body with thick white head. Light hop aroma. Hop forward taste full with a good balance. Long fruit finish.

Can, 0.355l. Aroma of mango, passion fruit, citrus, pine and resin. Pours clear amber color with medium sized frothy white head soft visible carbonation. Taste starts with medium sweet caramel and mild tropical fruit, following is medicinal, piney, citrusy and resinous, mouthfeel is rather dry, while finish is heavy bitter. Medium to full body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. My favorite drinking duet…

35cl Blik van Beer Republic. Mistig gouden kleur, witte kraag. Bloemig, fruitig, minder oldskool dan verwacht, medium zoet, degelijk bitter, citrus. Lichte body.

355 ml can. Unclear dark golden orange with a small foamy head. Loads of tangerine, mango, grapefruit, pine, passion fruit malty caramel notes, grassy herbal hops. Hoppy herbal bitterness, malty sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, hoppy bittersweet finish. A really great and classic West Coast IPA, really hoppy with a good malty backbone.

Thin off white head left a spotty cover on translucent amber body. Bubble gum, melon & nectarine aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & nicely carbonated on the back with a cloying aft. Confectionery, malt, pithy, citrus, grapefruit & pine tastes with a bitter finish. Excellent West Coast IPA

Thuis uit een blikje. Gouden kleur, wit schuim. Stevig hoparoma, lekker. Ook een volle hopsmaak, stevig, wat grapefruit, een uitstekende ipa.
