Bottle. Aroma: a bit wild, fruit, pears and apples, yeast. Taste: slight sweetness, pear and apple, a little bitterness, nothing special.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 25B). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 27112017 (BBF 08.2018). AROMA: medium estery fruity notes (lemon) with a medium-low acidic presence. background of low slightly-sweet malt. faint oxidized hops. APPEARANCE: pale gold color. moderate white head with average retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium fruity flavour with citric notes (lemon). medium-low acidic presence. background of slight sweet malt. medium-high bitterness with a dry finish. PALATE: light body with average carbonation. medium-low tart character. OVERALL: a saison with a mix of esters and acidity and with a bit excessive bitterness, rendering it with low drinkability.
