Bottle 330ml. @ The Danish (Ulfborg) Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, TNO(U)DRBSG16 @ fonefan & Brugmasia House. [ As Dois Corvos Saison ].ABV: 5.2%. Clear medium orange yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, fruity malt, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, saison yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, saison yeast, fruity yeast, sharp, yeast bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20160820]

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering 2016, Ulfborg, Day 2. Clear golden color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly citrussy, bitter. Not that exciting but not bad either.

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Hazy golden, coarse head. Elderflowers and marzipan up front. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Dough and elderflowers. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle@Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016 - Golden pour with white head. Fruity and floral hoppy, some citrus lemony notes, floral and Citric zing torwards the finish.

TNOD(U)RBSG16. Clear golden, white head. Yeasty, slightly floral aroma. Rough, yeasty flavour. Peppery with phenols and acetone. Not very good.

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering, fonefan. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, yeast, pepper, malt and hops. Nice fruity finish.
