Heavy citrusy lime aroma and some modest semi foggy gold body with almost no foam; flavour is big brett yeast with hints of grainy citrus. Full enough mouthfeel with decent carbonation. A little sweet but decent enough.
A hazed blonde Gose with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with Brett, light lactic notes, ground cherries, lactic acid notes, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with ground cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts, very nice and smooth. On tap at Vices et versa.
Keg at the hanging bat.. Light hazy amber.. Thin white lacing... Soft earthy funk fruit nose. Soft herbal lactic funk

750 ml bottle into tulip glass, 2016 vintage bottling on the cork. Pours slightly hazy pale golden/yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big lightly tart lemon, lime, peach, pear, green apple, melon, white grape, white wine, hay, straw, grass, oak, sea water, wheat, and cracker; with light notes of leathery/musty funk, peppercorn, vanilla, white vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, oak barrel, sea water, and light-moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lightly tart lemon, lime, peach, pear, green apple, melon, white grape, white wine, hay, straw, grass, oak, sea water, wheat, and cracker; with light notes of leathery/musty funk, peppercorn, vanilla, white vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Light-moderate lactic tartness and yeast/oak spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart lemon, lime, peach, pear, green apple, melon, white grape, white wine, hay, straw, grass, oak, sea water, wheat, cracker, peppercorn, leathery/musty funk, light vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, oak barrel, sea water, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tart/spiciness balance, and zero puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Moderate dryness from tart/spiciness and carbonation, increasing through the glass. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, acidic/grainy, and lightly saline/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is awesome. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is a outstanding gose! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, oak barrel, sea water, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the mellowly lactic/tannic/drying finish. Really spot on Brett complexity and oak presence; solid malt balance; and not overly saline/salty or lactic. A highly enjoyable offering.

750ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, deep goldn colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, fairly lasting, minimalyl lacing, snow-white head. Tart-ish, fruity and salty-spicy aroma, notes of quince, lemon juice, salted lemon, a lactic touch, very cautious oaky overtones. Taste is tart, salty-spicy and fruity, notes of quince, lemon, salted lemon, subtle remnants of malt sweetness with a minimally bready touch combine with very cautious hints of oak and vanilla; astringent palate, fizzy, prickling carbonation. Well crafted, slightly challenging, if not with borderline values concerning tart- and spiciness.
