Tap at Taiyo. Alright, quite malty, biscuit, light lemon, bit of pineapple, grassy. Touch low on excitement, but alright. Bit of caramel. Kind of thin.

Light golden color. Frothy white head. Big hoppy nose, with melon and torrified wheat. Light body, modest bitterness. Too light not overly balanced but ok.

Keyaki Spring 2016. Citrus and piney nose with orange notes. Clean and well-balanced on the palate. Bitter finish with more pine than citrus. Decent enough. --- Beer merged from original tick of #069 Hatopoppo Adlay Pale Ale on 15 May 2016 at 14:19 - Score: 6

Tap at Osaka Castle. Orange color, rather flat. Dry piny nose, grass, citrus. Nicely hopped, bitter and grassy with some biscuits and honey. Too flat though.

Ushi-Tora Brewery’s #69 Hato Po Po Ale 5.4% IBU 26 on tap at Bungalow. A bright copper pour with a thin off-white head. A fruity piney hop bouquet. Light bodied verging on watery. Mild hoppy flavor. OK enough but it’s too thin in my opinion.
