It all started with an epic video game marathon back in 2004.
Rocking blaze-orange homebrew, we saw the foam rings down the glass like tiger stripes. Thousands of batches and tweaks later, the BENGALI still slashes. Tip it back and let gravity do the work. Game on!
Bengali is that go-to IPA you want by the pint. Big tropical hop character up front, super clean, with a dryness on the back end that leaves you wanting more.
Key Ingredients Flaked oats provide a silky texture, while Mandarina Bavaria and Amarillo hops give the beer a huge slash of citrus aroma, without lingering bitterness.
Admin Note: Formerly known as Bengali Tiger

Can at LHR A proper IPA finally! Nice hoppy one, rich in taste, full of citruses and hop flavors. Well done.

Pours hazy and with a thick head, immediate aroma of sweet citrus. Tastes includes hops, citrus and sweet malt. Palate includes pine. Typical IPA mouthfeel with a certain airiness on the nose.

12 oz can poured, listed as Sixpoint Bengali, and at 6.6%, 66 IBU. Fitting beer to be enjoying as a Bengals fan watching the game. Actually had this beer in the past, in the same setting, and missed on the rating, likely out of frustration from the game. A golden orange pour that nearly matches the color on the can. Rocky foam head that sticks around. Rich malt all throughout. Very malt forward IPA. Moderate hop bitter that is there, but fades before the sweeter caramel malt does. A ton of flavor going on. Pretty good.
