Northern Latitude is a Red Rye American IPA that we've brewed with brown sugar. It is a gorgeous red beer with an assertively citrus, fruity & and spicy hop nose. The malt character is complex, with the use of 8 different malts with a refreshingly spicy finish from the rye malt. A beer with complex flavors that’s perfect for the holidays.

Can sample at a tasting at Tom L’s place. Thanks troubles. Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma of caramel, stale hops, fruity, a bit piney, alcoholic hint. Sweet flavor with malt, caramel, bitter stale hops.

Frothy beige head eventually left a covering on a still, dark copper coloured body. Minimal aroma - pine, woody, malts & whiffs of citrus. Medium to full body, smooth, sticky, syrupy, feels a bit like thin glue on the palate. Powerful tastes of wood, pine, berries, bitterness, malts & at the same there’s a good hoppy kick on the back.

12th Aug 2016: 33cl can during a picnic while on a long walk. Poured a deep amber with a red hue, wispy head on each 10cl pour (into a small wine glass). Rye notes in a hop laden nose, taste is also hop led and fairly bitter, even though the malt and rye base can also be found in the flavours, mild spicy notes throughout. Can was bought in Barcelona of all places!

Pours copper, with a bit of foam. Nice spicy aroma, hops are definitely there. Has a decent body as well. Taste has some Christmas spices, herbal, even a bit medicinal. Body is not that strong but works nicely with this taste/aroma combo. Some smokey feel coming out at the end. Nice bitter linger.

Keg at the Taproom SE18 Beer Festival, April 2016. Copper coloured pour (light haze) with a beige head. Toffee and dried fruit aroma. More dried fruit in the flavour with a whisper of grapefruit coming through too. Nice.
