Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Black without head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and heavy wood. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish with warming alcohol. Weird. 200816

Intensive, nicht übertriebene Malzaromen im Geruch. Weicher Antrunk, in dem Vanille deutlich vor der Malzigkeit steht. Vollmundig, ab dem Mittelteil steigt das Malz deutlich an, bleibt aber hintergründig. Leicht röstig, nie alkoholisch, ziemlich süffig. Das Malz kommt erst zum Ende stärker hervor. Monoton, was bei der Intensität nicht schlimm ist - wenn man die Schokoladen- und Vanillearomen mag. 10/12/11/11/12/11

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering 2016, Ulfborg, Day 2. Opaque pitch black color, no head. Smell and taste malts, toasted malts, chocolate, chocolate icecream, vanilla, slight coconut. Medium to full body, smooth to average carbonation. A full bottle on my own would probably be too much, but it’s a nice one to share.

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering, fonefan. Small head with short duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are vanilla, coconut, wood, roast malt, chocolate, coffee and hops. Sweet finish.

Bottled. Very black, beige head. Huge vanilla and coconut aroma. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Sugar, coconut and vanilla, notes of coffee. Low bitterness. Too sweet, too much coconut/vanilla.

Bottle at omhper’s. Opaque black liquid with small tan head. Aroma of bourbon, knäckebröd, chocolate, syrup, vanilla, toffee, wood, raw sugar and vanillin. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with notes of bourbon, burnt wood, chocolate and licorice. Full bodied with low to medium carbonation. Nice, but too much charred wood. Not that similar to BCS.

Sehr dunkel braune Farbe, kein Schaum. Geruch sehr röstmalzig, Vanille, dunkle Früchte, alkoholisch. Geschmack sehr röstmalzig, Karamell, schokoladig, rote Früchte, alkoholisch, sehr lecker.
