75cl Bottle, thanks Harmen! Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma is of thick bready malts, light citrus, but mostly malty. Flavour is sweet, bread, thick malts, light fruity, nice bitter finish with a little citrus, light spicy. Medium to full-bodied. Not really true to style, but I quite liked this.

Hazy blond colour. Flavour has a slight spice and hint of clove. It’s less sweet than many Belgian Tripels but still a good homage.

12oz bottle, maybe a a dozen years late rating this one. Hazy orange body, massive foamy off-white head. A really solid American Tripel, really capture the subtle flavor essences of the style. Soft and doughy on the palate. Subtle perfect Belgian hop tones. A really quality offering. Lots of cotton candy, orange notes. Well balanced, spot on.

12 oz bottle. Pours light gold with a medium, frothy, white head. The aroma is grapefruit, grass, herbs, and coriander. The flavor is bitter orange peels, with a little spice and sweetness in the finish. The palate is light to medium, astringent, and sticky. Overall, this is an herbal and hoppy beer. Nice.

Tap @ Tap n Handle Foco. Pours a bit hazy, dark golden appearance with a fluffy, pearl white head. Fairly spicy, big citrusy fruity, mild banana, tangy, bready aroma. Somewhat chewy, cake, bready, floral, mild fruity, a little boozy flavor.

This one has a soft coriander taste to it. Soft carbonation - a really smooth drink all the way down. It’s an unpretentious but very drinkable triple. I could go through a lot of these. A relaxing beer. Bottle from City Market in Burlington.
