Nose is loaded with Belgian yeast character of banana and clove with an equally fruity body balanced with a light, earthy hop character. Savor notes of orange and spice followed by a dry finish.

Bottle (from firma bier). Pours golden with whiteish head. The head stays for a moment. Aroma is sweet, fresh fruits, apricots. Flavor is sweet and bitter, apricot, citrus, some spices. Alcohol is covered mostly. Overall: very good, but not as hoppy as I expect from triple

Bottle from O’Brien’s, Athlone [240316]
Blonde, clear, frothy white head
Aroma of soft sweet loght malts, slight sweet fruits, soft sweet syrup, not much on nose
Taste of sweet light malts, soft alcohol, soft syrup, some light bitter hops, dull flavour for abv, boozy, bit of creamy malt
Palate - Medium cab, medium to full body, quite oily, boozy. Finish of alcohol, dab of bready malt
Overall - Doesn’t do much for me, not much of interest here - nowhere near as good as Dirt Wolf and Prima Pils

Bottle, pours a thick hazy honey color and topped with a thin white head. Sediment and floaters... Light bits of lacing. Nose is fruity, yeast, some cloves. Taste is crisp, lightly bitter, but plenty sweet. Fruity and more spice. Seems like there is some wild honey in there. Good.
