Pours rather unclear blonde. Very small white head. Smell is dry, salty, mildly sour, bit lactic. some lemongrass. Taste is full, sharp acidic, salty, very highly carbonated, balanced lemongrass, very mild peppery backnote from the chillie's. bit salty. mango doesn't really show for me. well made gose.

Bottle shared at work. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light sour tang, lemongrass, faint salt. Taste is salty, sour, more lemongrass, faintest chilli. Well judged with the spicing. Salty linger.

650 ml bottle. Pours a hazy yellow/gold with little head. Aromas of lemons, coriander, and salty wheat crackers. Flavors of sharp tart lemons and limes, coriander and salt. All the elements, clean and refreshing.

Draught @ MBCC. Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, light salt, lemongrass, light citrus. Flavor is light sour, wheat, herbs, lemongrass, citrus. Medium body, average carbonation, light acidic finish. 120517

Pours gold with a large head.Nose shows lemon, doughy wheat, straw. Little else.Flavours include a fair whack of acidity and salt, along with some herbal notes. Very salty.

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, tartness, citrus and grapefruit. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium sour with a long dry, tart, citrus and grapefruity finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Tap at TCBW. Pours golden and whiteish head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, mango, some chili. Flavor is sour, fruits, mango. Body is watery. Overall: okish.
