Keyaki fall 2016. Light fruity aromas with stone fruit and berry taking over. Creamy on the palate and sweet. A little medicinal. Malty with a slightly heavy feel. Sweet finish. Meh. --- Beer merged from original tick of Buna no Mori Beer on 20 Sep 2016 at 22:20 - Score: 5

Bottle from Asahiya served in a snifter. It pours a deep gold with minimal foam but a nice biscuity aroma with a fruity white grape edge. The carbonation is very sharp with a dry finish. The taste is initially fruity then segways into chewy malts. A simple flavor profile for a wild ale.

Draught at the brewpub. Light amber color with a tall rocky head. Interesting looking. Very fruity, sweet aroma, with lots of cherry. Light body and flavor. Sweet and very fruity; slightly candy-like. Not bad—a bit too sweet, a little artificial, but interesting.
