A lovely red/gold body with a healthy, well laced off-white head. A soft nose features fresh grapefruit and lemon with caramel malt. This beer has a really nice blend of fresh fruity hops including grapefruit, lime, kiwi, melon and orange. A mild soapiness is appealing. Pepper and light caramel malt round out the taste profile. The body is slick and slight above average in density. Carbonation is light but appropriate. The finish is fruity with a controlled sweetness

16 oz. can, pours a mostly clear amber, a little haze, with a medium off-white head. Aroma brings out big resinous hops, thick caramel malt, and some red fruits. Flavour is rich and malty, with big caramel malts, plenty of resinous hops, and a bit of bitter pine. This could almost just easily pass for a hoppy barley wine as it could a malty old school DIPA. A bit too sweet and malty for my tastes, but it's doubtless well-brewed and tasty.

Orange pour. Very hoppy aroma with tropical fruit along with some malt and resin. The flavor has loads of hops. It’s fruity with resin and a malty backbone leading into a long hop drenched finish. However it comes off a bit cough syrupy to me. I’m not sure why some iipas are like that, but it takes some away from an otherwise excellent beer.
