21.10. 2016, tap @ What’s Brewing:
Small slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, deep brown-reddish color. Aroma is slightly sweet grainy, raspberries, grain, "knekk", minerals, grass, cereal, broth, worth. Taste is sour-ish dry, sorrel, sour dry raspberries, berry skin, citrus acid, hay, fruit stones, grass. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish dry mouthfeel. Fair enough.
