This scotch-ale-meets-belgian-dark-hybrid descendent of Mastodon and Wee Muckle aims to embrace your palate in a flannelly, chocolatey, deeply malty bear hug across two states and warm you to your core.

Poured from tap at Grill Next Door amber brown with a nice off white head. Aromas of caramel malt chocolate toffee. Taste is slightly sweet toffee roasted malt mild bitter finish.

Tap at Gambrinus for the Rhinegeist event. Pours a deep copper with a finger of foam that dissipates quickly. Toasted toffee, caramel and light cocoa on the nose. Clean and crisp on the palate. Light body with good carbonation. More toasted caramel, light maple syrup, but not too sweet. Semi-sweet finish.
