Bottle shared at Sunday Brunch Bee Boost. Dark purple / near black. Aroma shows off the elderberries upfront with blackcurrent, black berries, red currents and floral honey. Flavour is light heavy sweet but with a solid fruity acidity. Thick and creamy mouthfeel and full bodied.

Intense elderberry, cranberry, cherry & banana nose. Light vanilla honey. Viscous oily mouthfeel. Very fruit forward. Delicious!

Bottle at RBSG. Pours a reddish hue. A huge bouquet of berries, sweet, light alcohol. Sugary honey, sweet rich berries, syrup, a bit of sourish berry notes. Very smooth. Heat, but smooth. Lovely.

Bottle at RBSG 17 grand tasting. Another home run. These guys know their stuff. Pink pour, flat. Fruity aroma reflects both the berries and darker pit fruit, and some of the honey. Taste is sweet and full, rich and decadent. Flows like a river over the tongue. Beautiful.

Bottle at RBSG. Pours a dark purple with no head. The aroma is berry, currants, honey, booze. Medium body, jammy berry, currants, honey, boozy, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.
