Sample at Kraft House No. 5 during the "CBC Creeper Tap Takeover!" on 03/16/2017. The beer pours a clear copper color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of yeast, fruit, spice and malt. Medium body with flavors of fruity Belgian yeast, caramel malt and spice. The finish is spiced fruit and yeast. Above average overall.

Tap at CYO Rhinegeist event. Pours a clear copper. Grainy bread and light nutmeg aromas. Light on the palate. Apples, pear and late-fall plum notes...apple pie, cinnamon and stewed pear flavors as it warms. Light finish with some lingering pepper. Quite nice.
