Our Unfiltered Sculpin IPA packs extra hops into every sip, enhancing the classic Sculpin notes of fresh apricot, peach, mango and lemon with a slight haze and less bitterness. Freshness is key to every beer, but especially true for this extra-hopped IPA - store cold and drink soon.

Can from Joe's Wine and Liquor, Memphis. Fruity hops with lots of grapefruit, tropical, citrus, orange, pine, tangerine, malt, resin, touh of caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet with a bitter finish. Body is medium. Can't go wrong with unfiltered Sculpin, though it's a little less commanding than the base West Coast classic. Still, the relatively low ratings are perplexing.

(Bottle) Hazy amber colour with frothy, tan head. Fruity, hoppy nose with ripe mango, orange marmalade, apricots, honey and resin. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of mango, orange peel, grapefruit, ripe apricots, honey, pine needles, chewy toffeeish malt and a generous citric, piney bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well made, with a rich hop presence. Very nice.

It's a fruity and juicy hazy IPA. A lot of tropical stuff here, mango, pineapple. A little gym shoe, some sort of pie, and a touch floral. Semi-dry with a pillowy soft malt body, bready flavors. Cedar notes?
